1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Manzana Mobile LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our iPhone sales and unlocking services.

2. Services Description

Manzana Mobile LLC provides the following services:

• iPhone Sales: Sale of new and pre-owned Apple iPhone devices
• Carrier Unlocking: Professional unlocking services for AT&T ($29.99) and Verizon ($49.99) locked iPhones
• iPhone Flipping Course: Educational content for iPhone reselling business
• Consultation Services: Expert advice on iPhone purchases and carrier compatibility

3. Unlocking Service Terms

By using our carrier unlocking services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are the legal owner of the device or have authorization from the owner to unlock it
• The device is not reported as lost, stolen, or involved in fraudulent activity
• The device is not under any active financing agreement or contract obligation
• Processing times may vary from 24 hours to 7 business days depending on the carrier
• We cannot guarantee unlock success for devices with outstanding balances or blacklisted IMEI numbers

4. Pricing and Payment

Current pricing for our unlocking services:

• AT&T Unlock: $29.99 per device
• Verizon Unlock: $49.99 per device

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is required in full before service begins. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Successful Unlocks: No refunds are provided for successfully completed unlock services
• Failed Unlocks: If we are unable to unlock your device due to reasons within our control, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days
• Ineligible Devices: If your device is found to be ineligible (blacklisted, under contract, etc.), we will notify you and issue a refund minus a $5 processing fee
• iPhone Sales: Pre-owned devices may be returned within 14 days in original condition for a full refund

6. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your device
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to unlock devices that you do not own or have authorization to unlock
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Manzana Mobile LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc., AT&T, Verizon, or any other carrier. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manzana Mobile LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Manzana Mobile LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
